Concur MFA Login Using Web Browser Extension

Instructions for users who DO NOT have the Microsoft Authenticator app on their phones, or do not have an app-capable phone.

Using Google Chrome as the web browser, open a new window
Click the link here. After the new window pops up, click on the blue "Add to Chrome" button:
On popup window, click "Add extension":
Click on the browser extension icon (looks like a puzzle piece, to the right of the URL bar):
Next to the label "Authenticator," click the thumbtack symbol:
Now, navigate to www.concursolutions.com making sure to use Google Chrome as the web browser
Enter GCTS full email, hit next
Enter CONCUR password, hit next
At the screen with the QR code, click on the Authenticator app extension (looks like a mini QR code, to the right of the URL bar)
Click the icon that looks like a square box that has a line through the middle (to the left of the pencil icon)
Now, using your mouse click and drag a box around the QR code on the screen. This will populate a 6 digit code.
Manually type (do not copy and paste) the 6-digit code provided into your browser into the Concur window. Please note that this code changes every 15-20 seconds. If you forget the code, or if you suspect you missed the 15-20 second time window, simply click on the extension icon and it will display the correct code.
Once you have typed in the 6 digit code, hit enter.
