Logging into Zoom with SSO

If this is your first time using Zoom, download the Zoom Desktop App.

Go to the Download Center.
Under Zoom Workplace Desktop app, click Download.
If downloading doesn’t start, double-click the Zoom installer to begin the desktop app install.
Note: After the Zoom desktop app installation is complete, a Zoom icon will appear on your desktop.
Complete the installation process.

Always log into Zoom using SSO.

Double-click the Zoom desktop icon to begin using Zoom.
Select “Sign In”.
DO NOT enter an email address and password. Select the “SSO” key icon.
Enter your @gordonconwell.edu email address and password.

If you are already logged in to another GCTS service such as webmail, Zoom may automatically log you in upon selecting "SSO".)
