Performing A Speaker Test

Step 1: On the iPad Zoom Controller navigate to the settings tab



Step 2: Select the Speaker Tab



Step 3: Click Test Speaker (a ringtone will play letting you know the speaker is working)




Step 4: If no sound, ensure soundbar is on


Step 5: If the soundbar is verified as on, but you still are not hearing audio, contact your scheduled support technician for further assistance.
