Ring Central Mobile Updates:

Dear valued customer,
As we continue to ensure the security of your RingCentral service and help prevent fraudulent activity, we recently deployed an update to the RingCentral Mobile App that implements a daily token refresh.
Most users who are actively using the application will not see any impact or disruption. However, those who are not actively using the RingCentral Mobile App will need to open it at least once before September 21, 2025. If they are unable to open the application by then, they will be logged out automatically to trigger the token refresh.
Also, if you have users running an outdated version* (version 25.2.00 or older) of the RingCentral Mobile App, we strongly recommend that these users update the application to the latest version; otherwise, they will have to ensure they open the application at least once every 60 days to trigger the token refresh. Failure to do so will log that user out automatically when the current token expires again.
*To check the current version of the RingCentral mobile app, tap on the user profile’s icon at the upper left corner of the screen. Scroll down to the Help section, then tap “About this app”.
