To access your shared folders located on the GCTS shared drive while using a network other than the GCTS network, you must run FortiClient VPN and log in using your GCTS credentials. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are not on the GCTS Ethernet or wireless network.
2. Make sure you are on another stable internet connection.
3. Windows: Run FortiClient VPNwith any of the following methods.
   1. If you have a FortiClient VPN desktop shortcut, double-click it.
   2. Type "FortiClient" in the search bar / start menu at the bottom left of the screen.
   3. Click the "Show hidden icon" symbol "^" at the bottom right of the screen and then click the FortiClient VPN shield icon.
4. Mac: Run FortiClient VPNwith any of the following methods.
   1. Click the FortiClient VPN shield icon in the menu bar, toward the top right of the screen.
   2. Type "FortiClient" in the Spotlight search.
   3. Select the FotiClient app from your Launchpad.
   4. Select the FortiClient app from your Applications folder.
5. Enter your GCTS username and password. Do not enter your full GCTS email address.

Now you should be able to access the GCTS shared drive.
